At WWD Regnis, we always prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations. Below you will find detailed information regarding the return and complaint procedures.
Returns (Withdrawal from Contract)
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract for **standard products** within 14 days of receiving the package, without giving any reason.
Important information regarding returns:
- Custom Products: Please remember that **individual orders, made according to the customer's own design, are not eligible for returns**. These products are custom-made and cannot be resold.
- Product Condition: The returned product must be **unused, have original tags**, and **show no signs of use**. Products showing signs of use will be sent back at the customer's expense.
- Packaging: You can pack the product in the same packaging in which you received it. However, make sure you **remove all previous shipping labels from it**.
- Costs: **Return shipping costs are covered by the customer**. We do not refund the original shipping costs of the goods to the customer.
How to make a return:
- Fill out the withdrawal from contract form. You can print our sample form or transcribe its content manually. Make sure you include all required information:

Refund
The refund will be issued **according to the original payment method** you chose when placing the order. We will strive to process the refund as quickly as possible, but no later than within **14 days** from the date we receive the returned shipment.
Complaints (Warranty for Defects)
If the product you received has a defect or does not comply with the description, you have the right to file a complaint based on the **warranty for defects (rękojmia)**.
How to file a complaint:
- **Contact us,** preferably via email at: **firma@regnis.com.pl**.
- Include the following information in your complaint submission:
- **Order number.**
- **Detailed description of the product defect.**
- **Photos** showing the defect (in many cases, photos alone may be sufficient for us to process the complaint).
- Your contact details.
- In some cases, we may ask you to send back the complained product. If this is necessary and your complaint is accepted, **we will refund your shipping costs**.
Complaint Resolution
Your complaint will be processed within **14 days** from the date of its submission. We will inform you about the decision via email or phone.
Possible complaint resolutions:
Depending on the nature of the defect and the possibilities, your complaint may be resolved by:
- **Repairing** the product.
- **Exchanging** the product for a new, defect-free one.
- **Refunding** the money for the product.
- **Reducing the price** of the product.
