Welcome to the WWD Regnis FAQ section! Here you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about shopping in our store. If you don't find the answer to your question, please contact us!


Orders and Payments

  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, select the products you're interested in and add them to your cart. Then proceed to the cart and follow the instructions, filling in your shipping details and choosing a payment method.
  • What payment methods are available?
    We accept various payment methods, including fast online payments (Przelewy24, PayU, etc.), card payments, traditional bank transfers, and cash on delivery.
  • Can I check the status of my order?
    Yes. After placing an order, you will receive updates to your email address. If you have an account in our store, you can also track your order status in your customer panel.
  • Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?
    If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, provided the order has not yet been prepared for shipment.

Shipping and Delivery

  • How long will I wait for delivery?
    Order fulfillment time (i.e., preparation for shipment) and delivery time depend on product availability and the chosen delivery method. Detailed information about shipping time can be found on the product page. Once the parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status.
  • What are the delivery costs?
    Delivery costs depend on the chosen shipping method and the package's weight and dimensions. You will see the exact costs in the cart during the order placement process.

Product Availability

  • How do I check if a product is available?
    You can check product availability on the product page – availability information is located below the price. If a product is unavailable, a "Product unavailable" message will appear instead of the "Add to cart" button. On the product list, photos of unavailable items will be grayed out.

  • How do I choose the right sweater size?
    For sweaters, we offer a detailed size chart to help you find the right fit:

    Scarves from our offer typically measure approximately 135 cm in length by 17 cm in width.

Knitted Products

  • What material are knitted products made from?
    Most of our knitted products are made from **100% acrylic**, which ensures their softness, durability, and ease of care. Detailed material composition for each product can be found in its description.
  • How should I care for knitted products?
    We ensure our products are easy to care for. Generally, our knitted items can be:
    • **Machine washed**
    • **Ironed**
    We do not recommend tumble drying or bleaching.
  • What are the product details (e.g., dimensions)?
    Detailed information regarding each product, such as cut, length, sleeve length, collar shape, neckline type, fastening, pattern, insulation type, filling, lining, and any pockets, can be found in the detailed description on each product page. For apparel, we often also provide a size chart.

Discounts and Promotions

  • How can I use a discount code?
    To use a discount code, check the **"I have a discount coupon"** option in your cart, enter the code in the appropriate field, and click **"USE"**. Products in your cart will automatically be discounted.
  • Can discount codes be combined with other promotions?
    Generally, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless the terms and conditions of a specific promotion state otherwise.

Returns and Complaints

  • How much time do I have to return a product?
    You have 14 days from the date of receiving the package to withdraw from the sales agreement for **standard products**.
  • Can I return a custom-made product?
    **No, individual orders made according to the customer's own design are not eligible for returns.** These are products created specifically for an order and cannot be resold. Detailed information about custom orders can be found on the page: REGNIS for business.
  • Who bears the cost of return shipping?
    The customer covers the cost of return shipping.
  • How do I file a complaint?
    In case of a product defect or inconsistency with the description, please contact us via email at **firma@regnis.com.pl**. In your submission, please provide the order number, a detailed description of the defect, and, if possible, attach photos.
  • How long will it take for a complaint to be processed?
    Your complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of its submission.

Customer Account

  • Why should I create an account in your store?
    Creating an account speeds up the order placement process, provides access to your purchase history, allows you to manage address details, and enables you to use the wishlist/favorites feature. Registered customers may also receive individual discounts.
  • How do I create an account?
    You can register using the form available on our website. The process is quick and simple.
  • Can I shop without registering?
    Yes, you can place an order without creating an account. However, we recommend registration for convenience and access to additional features.
