Order fulfillment time

We do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Below you'll find detailed information about the different stages of order fulfillment in our store.

1. Standard Products (Available Directly in the Online Store)

Order Preparation:

Information about the estimated time for product preparation before shipment can be found directly on each product's page in our store.

We begin processing orders for standard products immediately after your payment is credited. If you choose a traditional bank transfer, this time may be extended by the period required for the funds to clear in our account.

Picking and Packing:

Once payment is credited, your order is picked and carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely at your specified address.

Shipping and Delivery Time:

The ready package is handed over to your chosen courier company.

Standard delivery time within Poland depends on the carrier and type of shipment, usually taking 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping outside Poland takes 2 to 7 days, depending on the destination country.

We will inform you about the package shipment and its tracking options via a separate email.

2. Personalized Products and Wholesale Orders

Individual Arrangements:

The lead time for orders of products created according to your specifications (personalized) and wholesale orders is determined individually.

After receiving your inquiry (by email, phone, or contact form) and discussing all details (design, materials, embellishment techniques, quantity), we will provide you with an estimated completion date.

Production Process:

Production begins after final project approval and, for prepayments, after payment is credited. The time needed to produce your unique order depends on its complexity and size.

Shipping Special Orders:

After production and quality control are completed, your personalized products are carefully packed and shipped by the agreed-upon transport method. We will inform you individually about the shipping details.

3. Additional Information

Promotional Periods: During promotional campaigns or periods of increased order volume (e.g., before holidays), the order fulfillment time (for both standard and personalized orders) may be slightly extended. We will announce any potential delays on the store's website or directly.

Business Days: All order fulfillment times are given in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
